At Drynutra, we aim to provide high-quality health supplements and wellness products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions mentioned below.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in the original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and the amount will automatically be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Products returned after 3 days of delivery
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side such as sending the wrong or damaged product.
